What tokenized stocks are — and aren’t

A stock token gives you economic exposure to a share’s price. It is not equity ownership: no shares, no voting rights, no dividends unless the issuer provides them. Stock tokens are not available to US persons or residents of certain other restricted jurisdictions — check the issuer’s terms before you trade. Prices can move while traditional markets are closed, and onchain liquidity can be thin. klovi shows you the real numbers so you can judge for yourself.
